Thompson Thrift Residential announces sale of ranch in Sienna near Houston

HOUSTON, July 19, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Residential Thompson Thrift100% subsidiary of Indianapolis-based Thompson Thrift and one of the nation’s leading multi-family developers, today announced the sale of The Ranch at Sienna, a 312-unit Class A multi-family community located in the Houston suburb of city ​​in missouri. HoustonNew York-based Laye Capital Investments bought the community for an undisclosed amount.
