The Rancho Palos Verdes Sports Club recently reopened its gym for its members and guests at the Riverfront in Ma-a in strict compliance with local pandemic protocols.

“It will be open to our members and guests Tuesday through Saturday from 7 am to 7 pm,” said Rancho Palos Verdes General Manager Tommy Inigo.

Inigo added that in order for his members and guests to use the gym, they encourage them to bring their own towels, toiletries and disinfectants whenever they do their workouts.

“Face shields and face masks can be removed during training as long as the physical distance is maintained. Members and guests, depending on the appointment basis, are only allowed to train for 60 minutes, ”he said.

The Rancho Palos Verdes Sports Club encourages indoor physical training with various equipment and machines, so focuses on strength training and cardiovascular exercises.
