What does a typical exercise week look like for you? What is your approach to fitness?
I have no excuses and I have a sort of approach to fitness. I go to a gym called G3 fitness, which has a mix of strength and HIIT workouts that absolutely kill me.
I go to the gym 6 days a week, most days consisting of a morning and evening workout. I also try to go for a walk with my best friend on the weekends.
What helps you get into the zone when you are really nervous before a date?
A glass of wine or a shot of tequila … or both!

What’s the most extravagant thing you’ve done for love?
To be honest, I’ve never really done anything extravagant for love, I’m a super low-key girl and haven’t had the best luck in terms of love and men either. clearly.
What’s the worst date you’ve ever had? What happened?
When I went on a date with a guy I met on Tinder he was fun to watch, but talking to him was as exciting as watching the paint dry.
The whole date, all he talked about was his body, the gym, the way he trains his body, the gym, what he eats to get in such good shape, from the gym and more from the gym. I have met dogs with more personality than him to be honest.
What’s the most extreme thing you’ve done in the name of health and wellness?
During the lockdown in Sydney last year, my gym hosted a 30 day isolation challenge. It was based on a point system. A maximum of 3 points per day was obtained by completing 2 cardio sessions and 1 weight training session.
I’m extremely competitive and I think I was going to win this challenge, so I ended up doing 3 workouts a day, 45 minutes each for 30 days in a row … I won.
Do you have wellness rituals that you won’t swear by?
I’m a big fan of candles right now. I started lighting scented candles all around my bedroom at night, taking a hot shower and then stretching for half an hour before going to bed. It really relaxes me and allows me to have the best sleep of my life.
What does a day on a plate look like to you?
For breakfast I will either have eggs on toast or an omelet and English tea for breakfast. I have protein yogurt and a piece of fruit to taste it. For lunch, I’ll have hash, rice and salad … like a small bowl of healthy burrito. For dinner I usually have a salmon or a chicken with salad. I end the day with another English breakfast because I am a nanna stuck in the body of a 25 year old.
I also have a severe sugar addiction, so on weekends chocolate is always on the menu.
Did you change your diet before going to Bachelor?
I didn’t change my diet before going to Bachelor, but I think they must have pulled me out of the mansion when I left.
What are the simple things you do to take care of yourself and your mental health, why are they important to you?
Going to the gym for a dirty sweat session is my primary form of self-care to take care of my mental health. The gym keeps me sane and makes me happy. Another form of self-care for me is telling my best friend about everything that’s going on in my life, it’s like having my own shrink without having to pay.
