N17 Arena – The club unveil a vibrant community space and talent identification center in the heart of Tottenham
Donna-Maria Cullen, Executive Director of Tottenham Hotspur and Trustee of the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation said: Sports activities in a structured way under the supervision of our fantastic coaches. We are extremely grateful to Musco for this invaluable contribution to Tottenham.
âWe are well aware of the footballing talent that exists in this area – much of which could slip through the net simply due to a lack of access to elite facilities. N17 Arena can change all of that – if there is an aspiring young player, male or female, in our community, this is where they can take their break.
“All of this takes place on the footprint of the stadium campus, providing a truly inspiring setting and what we hope will be a real asset to the community.”
“We are delighted to provide two mini-field systems for Tottenham Hotspur and to support the club in their mission to ensure young people get the playing spaces and opportunities they deserve,” said Jeff Rogers, President from Musco World. âThe Mini-Pitch initiative continues to grow globally, providing children with safer spaces for fitness, empowerment and fun. “
âNike Grind is part of our vision for a more circular future, a future where the concept of waste no longer exists,â says Kim Van Dijk, VP Nike Football Partnerships, EMEA. âAs we continue our mission to protect the future of the sport, we are excited to bring this innovation to the N17 Arena, in partnership with Tottenham Hotspur, while providing a safe playing space for the local community. “
Further details on the programming of the N17 Arena and how to participate in the activities on offer will be communicated in due course. The NFL will use the space to offer a series of activations around its back-to-back game days which will be held at the stadium in October, starting Sunday, October 10.
