Look inside the Trager Family’s new Jewish Community Center in Louisville

The $43 million Trager Family Jewish Community Center opened on April 18. The project has been under construction for 18 months. The facility includes a modern 37,000 square foot fitness center offering over 90 weekly classes. ; a year-round indoor aquatic facility and an outdoor summer pool; summer and winter camp activities for young people; child care and after school programs for children; and a multipurpose auditorium that will serve as the new home for the CenterStage theater and performing arts program. The 107,000 square foot Trager Family JCC is at the back of the JCC campus on Dutchmans Lane. at Dutchmans Lane and Cannons Lane will be demolished over the next few months. The facility includes a modern 37,000 square foot fitness center offering more than 90 weekly classes.

There is a preschool learning center for preschoolers; a year-round indoor aquatic facility and an outdoor summer pool; summer and winter camp activities for young people; child care and after school programs for children; and a multipurpose auditorium that will serve as the new home of the CenterStage theater and performing arts program.

The 107,000 square foot Trager Family JCC is at the rear of the JCC campus on Dutchmans Lane.

The existing JCC building, visible from the traffic lights at Dutchmans Lane and Cannons Lane, will be demolished over the next few months.
