Alliance Residential Company purchases property for Broadstone Metal Works Apartment Community Downtown

Multifamily developer Residential Enterprise Alliance purchased 2.53 acres, at 230 Martin Luther King Jr. SE Drive, to develop Broadstone Metal Structures, an apartment community of 278 units adjacent to Georgia State University football facility. Conceived by Dynamik design, Broadstone Metal Works will welcome its first residents to summer 2023.

“With so much energy and revitalization coming to the Memorial Drive corridor, we are thrilled to bring our brand of life to the neighborhood with the development of Broadstone Metal Works. ” Noah Randall, managing director of Alliance Residential Company, said in a press release this week. “From its short trips to downtown jobs and easy access to the city’s best dining and entertainment districts to its proximity to expansive greenways and parks, this neighborhood is the perfect recipe for luxury city living. . ”

Broadstone Metal Works will be a five story building with a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments averaging 790 square feet. The apartments will feature nine foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and hardwood floors.

Facilities will include a rooftop swimming pool, collaborative workspace, entertainment room and fitness center. The amenities and some apartments will also benefit from a view of the city center.

Alliance Residential Company has been active for two years with seven projects in the Atlanta metro area. Broadstone Upper Westside will open for rental in January 2022. In August 2020, the company welcomed residents to Broadstone Junction at Norcross and Broadstone Sugar Hill, and started construction at Pullman Broadstone, the only multi-family property in the historic district Pratt Pullman neighborhood.

In April 2021, the company welcomed residents Broadstone Summerhill, a multi-family development in the heart of the Summerhill neighborhood, and also submitted plans for its Moreland project, pictured above. Most recently, in November 2021, the company acquired 9.23 acres to develop Broadstone Peachtree Corners and 36.16 acres to develop Prose Fairview in Covington.
